Based in Reading, Berkshire ‘Auto Recruitment’ is the recruitment arm of Riverwell Ltd. Established in 2016 as a leading Human Resources service provider we continue to grow our business by offering support services to our clients that are recognised for delivering service excellence.
We pride ourselves in building strong and reliable relationships with our clients, making sure that we provide practical and helpful support throughout the recruitment process. Recruitment is hugely time consuming, so our focus is on finding ways to simplify processes, providing you with the most capable candidates at first time of asking.

every step of the way. We utilise varying forms of advertising such as job boards, our own website, social media and of course reviewing our own talent bank to supply you with the best candidates.

I started my career in Human Resources over 25 years ago while working for Sainsbury’s where I was seconded to a project team to rewrite the job descriptions for all roles within the group. I learnt a lot from those early days, listening to people. I soon realised that no two jobs are ever the same: with duties and responsibilities often varying dramatically even on one site. I spent 15 happy years within Sainsbury’s in varying management roles.
In 2005 I joined Unatrac Ltd, a construction equipment supplier in Slough. As the UK HR Manager & Group Recruitment Manager I soon realised I had landed my dream job. Not only did I get to go to work surrounded by gigantic yellow construction equipment, I also got to travel extensively throughout Africa, Russia and the Middle East meeting amazing people and experiencing different cultures.
Leaving Unatrac was probably the hardest career choice I would ever make, but in 2016 I decided to take the plunge and setup my own recruitment business, ‘Riverwell Ltd’. I have had the opportunity over the last six years to work with some great clients in varying industries from Financial & legal through to Motor & Construction. I have appointed numerous positions from Apprentices through to Financial Directors and I am proud that each appointment has been made with the client’s concise objectives being met.

Offering HR support to my clients I get to work with some great people. Retained by my previous employer until I found my feet. I offer HR support to clients across varying sectors giving them support on Time & attendance, absence management, Disciplinary & Grievance HR software support, and Recruitment.
Our offering with Auto recruitment focuses on the motor & construction sector. Recently I have been lucky to have been appointed to manage recruitment for brands such as Volkswagen, Suzuki, Caterpillar, Ford, SEAT, CUPRA and Citroen to name just a few.
The motor industry is continually developing, and I am therefore keen to work with local dealers in and around Reading to find them the best talent. As we move to Electrification, I am also keen to find solutions to source and retain the best people within the industry working with Schools, Colleges and Universities to attract new people into the sector.
