Main Duties
About the Role
As an HR Systems Specialist, you will be joining a team of “Bright” people, recognised by the industry and our customers for providing outstanding customer service. You will provide support to our teams across Dublin making sure that system data integrity is always maintained.

This role will work with the HR and Finance teams on the development and enhancement of our HR information systems. The role will focus on the ongoing maintenance of the systems for our sites across Dublin, ensuring workflows and processes are correctly implemented. The role will also develop and create reports from the Natural HR system for the HR and Finance departments and the Management Team.
Currently, the business utilises ‘Natural HR’ for employee records in conjunction with ‘Sage’ Payroll. The role will, therefore, require you to evaluate systems integration and suggest improvements to avoid duplication.
The role will report into the Finance Director.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the use of Natural HR including Workflows, Self Service, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Absence, Recruitment, Performance Management and Reporting & Analytics.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and testing of system changes; leading initiatives to improve efficiency and performance including working with external providers.
- Provide ongoing support and be a point of contact on the Natural HR system queries for the HR team.
- Work with Manufacturers and Distributors to ensure that Dealer standards relating to staff and their employments conditions are maintained
- Ensure that training records for all staff are properly maintained, including Apprenticeship records and Health and Safety compliance
- Review attendance records and coordinate with Managers
- Administer our Employee Assistance Programme to provide staff welfare support
- Conduct system security checks, monitor data integrity, maintain GDPR compliance and inform our system and network providers of changes.
- Prepare and design HR reports and provide key HR data insights and statistics including absences, benefits, retention data
- Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis for any workflow or system issues.
- Identify, rectify, and streamline inefficiencies in the processes
- Upskill the other members of the team on Natural HR functionality
- Support the Finance Director on process implementations, upgrades etc
- Working with the HR team and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and enhance the system.
- Develop training literature to support managers and new team members
- Create improved Onboarding process for new hires so that systems are updated with data prior to induction.
- Manage leaver information within the system so that GDPR compliance is maintained.
Qualifications, skills & Work Experience
- Experience using a recognised HR system is essential:
- Knowledge of workflows configuration experience; understanding of system design, developing processes, creating plans & reports, and system administration
- Third level qualification in IT/Computer Applications or Human Resources
- 5 years’ experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in producing HR reports and metrics
- Advanced knowledge of excel
- Knowledge of HR processes including performance management, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding
- Knowledge of Irish Employment law would be an advantage
